About Alpha Friend and Gametime

Alpha Friend is a service of Gametime United, Inc. ("Gametime United," "Gametime," "we," "us," or "our"). Alpha Friend is your research-driven friend who finds amazing concerts, live events, and last-minute ticket deals. When you use Alpha Friend, you are using a Gametime brand.

Gametime United also operates a ticket marketplace at gametime.co, where users can buy and sell tickets for sports, music, and entertainment events. Alpha Friend complements this marketplace by proactively delivering personalized event recommendations, alerts about last-minute deals, and other event-related content directly to you via text message.

The following SMS Terms apply to your use of Alpha Friend's text messaging services, as well as any other text messaging services provided by Gametime United.

SMS Terms of Service

These Alpha Friend SMS Terms of Service (the "SMS Terms") govern the provision, receipt, and delivery of text messages by or on behalf of Gametime United, Inc. ("Gametime United," "Gametime," "we," "us," or "our") through its Alpha Friend service and any other Gametime-branded text messaging programs. Depending on the consent you've provided, our text messages (the "Alpha Friend Texts"): (1) provide you with personalized event recommendations, including concerts, sports, and other live entertainment curated by Alpha Friend; (2) alert you to last-minute ticket deals and time-sensitive offers; (3) provide information you requested from us; (4) provide updates regarding transactions with or through us, including purchases made on the Gametime marketplace; and/or (5) provide you with marketing or promotional content that may interest you, including reminders about pending items in your shopping cart on gametime.co.

E-SIGN Disclosure and Agreement

By providing your consent to receive Alpha Friend Texts (as described below), you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by calling us at 888-355-0132 or chatting with us at support.gametime.co.

To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment in this program, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For a free paper copy, or to update our records of your contact information, chat with us at support.gametime.co with contact information and the address for delivery.

Agreement and Consent to Receive Alpha Friend Texts

You can provide us with your consent to receive Alpha Friend Texts in multiple ways, such as by signing up for Alpha Friend, by purchasing tickets through the Gametime marketplace, through communications or other transactions with us, or by opting into receiving marketing Alpha Friend Texts. By providing your consent, you agree to these SMS Terms, Gametime's Terms of Service, and Gametime's Privacy Policy.

By providing consent, you authorize us to use automated or nonautomated technology to send Alpha Friend Texts to the number associated with your consent. You may opt into receiving Alpha Friend Texts with marketing content, and consent to receiving marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Eligibility

By consenting to receive Alpha Friend Texts, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and the Gametime Terms of Service. You further represent that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and for which you are authorized to opt into Alpha Friend Texts.

Costs of Alpha Friend Texts

Gametime United does not charge you for Alpha Friend Texts. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

Frequency of Text Messages

We may send you an initial message confirming your enrollment in Alpha Friend Texts. After that, you will receive recurring text messages, and the specific amount may vary depending on how you use our services (e.g., whether you reply with HELP, the frequency of event recommendations generated by Alpha Friend, and the number of ticket purchases or sales you make through the Gametime marketplace).

Participating Carriers

Alpha Friend Texts are supported on all U.S. carriers. The supporting mobile carriers may change without notice, and the particular Alpha Friend Texts program you join, including those operated through a different number, may be limited to specific carriers. Gametime United and the mobile carriers (for example, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alpha Friend Texts may not be compatible with all cell phone models.

Opting Out of Alpha Friend Texts

You can text STOP to any Alpha Friend number at any time to opt out — no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason, and your opt-out is effective immediately. After we receive your "STOP" message, we will send you a single confirmation text and will not send further Alpha Friend Texts from that number. You must separately opt out of each number from which you've provided us with consent to receive Alpha Friend Texts.

Modifications to These SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in Alpha Friend Texts shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions, or deletions.
